Correct Answer - Option 3 : 60

Given:

Percentage of marks obtained by Ram = 80% × Pass marks

Percentage of marks obtained by Prashant = 75% × Ram’s marks

Pass marks = 60% × total marks

Calculation:

Pass marks = 60% × 250 = 150

Marks obtained by Ram = 80% × 150 = 120

Mark obtained by Prashant = 75% × 120 = 90

Marks required by Prashant to pass the exam = 150 – 90 = 60

The required solution is 60 marks.
