Let the share (in Rs.) of A, B, C and D be 3x, 5x, 7x and 9x respectively.

∴ B + C = 5x + 7x = 12x = 64812

∴ x = 5401

∴ Total amount received by C and D = 7x + 9x = 16x = 16 ⨯ 5401 = 86,416

Hence, ‘86,416’ is the correct answer.
