Chromatid: One copy of a duplicated chromosome is generally joined to the other copy by a centromere, for the process of nuclear division.

Chromotide is one or two identical halves of a replicated chromosome following DNA replication, the chromosome consists of two identical structures called chromatid, which is joint at the centrome
