As we know that,

1/4 = 0.25

3/4=0.75

1/2=0.5

Rajni spent 10.25 rupees in canteen

Rajni spent 25.75 rupees to buy a gift

Rajni spent 16.5 rupees to her friend

Total money spent by her = 10.25 + 25.75 + 16.5 = 52.5 rupees

Total money spent = Total money at the beginning

So Rajni had 52.5 rupees at the beginning
