Correct option: (C) 0.8 Ns

Explanation:

impulse = Δp = m(vf – vi)

= m [(x / 2) – {–(x / 2)}] … slope = (dx / dt) = v

Δp = mx

Δp = (0.4)(2)

= 0.8 Ns
