The right to freedom is given in Articles 19-22. This right is a cluster of six freedoms. These are as follows :

  • Freedom of speech and expression.
  • Freedom to assemble peacefully and without arms.
  • Freedom to form associations or unions.
  • Freedom to move freely throughout the territory of India.
  • Freedom to reside and settle in any part of the territory of India.
  • Freedom to practise any profession or carry on any occupation, trade or business.
