How to insert a graphic from a file?

TO INSERT A GRAPHIC FROM A FILE:

• On the Insert menu, select Picture, and then click from File.

• The Insert Picture dialog box opens up. Browse the graphic file.

• Click the file, and then click Insert.

• The picture gets inserted where the insertion point was located.
