Best answer

Correct option is (c) 20000 kg-m/s

Given, mass, m = 1000 kg

Velocity, v = 72 km/h

= 72 x \(\frac 5{18}\)

= 20 m/s

Momentum, p = ?

\(\therefore\) Momentum = Mass x Velocity

⇒ p = mv

p = 1000 x 20

= 20000 kg-m/s

Thus, the momentum of the car is 20000 kg-m/s.
