You can use the $regex operator in the query object along with a regular expression pattern to filter the result with regular expressions.

Here is an example code:

import pymongo

client = pymongo.MongoClient("mongodb://localhost:27017/")

db = client["mydatabase"]
mycol = db["customers"]

# Filter the result with regular expressions
myquery = { "address": { "$regex": "^S" } }
mydoc = mycol.find(myquery)
for x in mydoc:
  print(x)

This code will find all documents where the address field starts with the letter "S". You can use other regular expression patterns based on your requirements.
