Capillarity: The phenomenon of rise or fall of liquid in capillary tube is called capillarity. Height of liquid in capillarity,

\(h = \frac{2T\cos\theta}{rdg}\)

where, r = radius of capillary tube, T = surface tension and d = density of liquid.

--Writing nib, Lalten, etc., work on the principle of capillarity.
