Best answer

The correct option (a) [{imaxτ}/e]

Explanation:

For inductor resistor circuit, I = IO(1 – e(t/τ))

as change flowing = Q = I ∙ dt,

Hence

Q = τO IO(1 – e(t/τ)dt

= IO [t – {[e(t/τ)] / [– (1/τ)]}]τO

= IO [(τ – o) + τ (e(t/τ) – e°)]

= IO [τ – τe1 – τ]

= IO τe1

= [{IO τ} /{e}]

IO is the maximum current hence IO = Imax

 Q = [{Imax ∙ τ}/ {e}]
