Distance from  point (2,3) to the line 3x - 4y + 2 = 0

d = \(\frac{|3(2) - 4(3) + 2|}{\sqrt{3^2 + (-4)^2}}\)

d = \(\frac{|6-12+2|}{\sqrt{9+16}}\)

d = \(\frac{|8-12|}{\sqrt{25}}\)

d = \(\frac{|-4|}{\sqrt{25}}\)

d = \(\frac{4}{5}\)
