The DNA sequence of the genome of a virus is known and contains equal number of A, T G and C. The genome is composed of double stranded DNA molecule. It is 10 Kb in length If one searches the genome for the presence of the following sequence 5' AAAAAA-3'/3'-TTTTTT-5', predict the number of such stretches that are likely to occur. (1 Kb 1000 base pairs).
