I will work on this question but I want to say that the figure is very confusing if you read the dimensions and look at the picture.  It says that the diameter of the bottom cylinder is 7cm and the diameter of the central hole is only 3.5 cm.  The figure shown certainly does not seem to show those proportions at all.  Do you agree?
