The steps to open an already saved workbook are:
1. Select Open option from the File menu. Or Click Open icon on the Standard bar. Or Press Ctrl + O
2. The Open dialog box appears.
3. Select the drive and the folder from where you want to open the file.
4. Select the file and click Open button.
