Conversion of Galvanometer into Ammeter
A galvanometer can be converted into ammeter by connecting suitable low resistance in parallel with the galvanometer.
Applying Ohm's law to each resistance, we get
V = \(I_gG\)
V = \((I-I_g)S\)
\((I-I_g) S = I_gG\)
S= \(\frac{I_g.G}{I-I_g}\)
