When relative lowering is expressed in terms of solute and solvent then formula is
n/n+N

Where

n= moles of solute

N=moles of solvent

here,

\(\frac{\frac{100}{100}}{\frac{100}{100}+\frac{432}{18}}\)

(mol wt. of water is 18)
So,
Answer is: 0.04
