Correct option is (d) 1200 K

\(\frac{u _{SO_2}}{u_{He}} = \frac 12 = \sqrt{\frac{M_{He} T_{SO_2}}{M_{SO_2 \times T_{He}}}} = \sqrt{\frac {4 \times T_{SO_2}}{64 \times 300}}\)

or \(T_{SO_2} = 1200 K\)
