Correct option is (2) Standing with a basket of fruit on the head

(1) Lifting a load from the ground : Work is done because you're applying an upward force to lift the load, and there is a displacement in the direction of the applied force.

(2) Standing with a basket of fruit on the head : No work is done because even though you are exerting an upward force to hold the basket, there is no displacement. Work requires both force and displacement in the direction of the force, and in this case, the basket is stationary.

(3) Stretching a spring : Work is done because you are applying a force to stretch the spring, and the spring undergoes a displacement (the stretching).

(4) Pushing a wheelbarrow : Work is done because you are applying a force to move the wheelbarrow, and it is displaced in the direction of the applied force.

Thus, work is not done when you are standing still with a basket of fruit, as there is no displacement.
