Correct option is : (D) zero

According to Gauss's Law, the total electric flux \((\Phi_E)\) through a closed surface is proportional to the net charge \((Q_{enc})\) enclosed within that surface. For electric dipoles, the net charge is zero because a dipole consists of two equal and opposite charges. Therefore, the total electric flux coming out from the closed surface containing n electric dipoles will be zero.
