Organizing is the process of identifying and grouping of the work to be performed , Defining and Delegating Responsibility and Authority and Establishing Relationships for the purpose of evaluating people to work more effectively together in accomplishing their objectives .
Thus we can say that “Organization is a group of people , who are co-operating under the direction of leadership for the accomplishment of common end” .
