The magnification equation states m = −di/do, so

di = −(0.25)(do)

The lens equation states 1/do + 1/di = 1/f, so

1/do + 1/−(0.25)(do) = 1/f

⇒ 1/do + −4/do = 1/f

⇒ −3/do = 1/f

⇒ f = −do/3

Now if we flip the mirror the new focal length is simply the original with the sign flipped. Thus,

f = do/3

We can plug this into another lens equation to get

1/do + 1/di = 3/do

⇒ 1/di = 2/do

⇒ di = do/2

Therefore the magnification must be

m = − di /do = − do/2/do = −0.5000
