Find the number of triangles ABC that can be formed with a = 3, b = 8 and sinA = 5/3.

Given a = 3, b = 8 and sinA = 5/13.  Therefore

b sin A = 8 x (5/13) = 40/13 >(= 3)

Thus, in this case no triangle is possible.
