Regnault's or Gay Lussacs Law:-

According to this law, the pressure p of a given mass of gas directly proportional to its absolute temperature T, provided the volume V remains constant.

According to kinetic theory of gases

p = 1/3 M/V C2

Now at constant volume and for a given mass of gas p ∝ C2

But C2 ∝ p

p ∝ T

or, p/T = constant which is Regnault's or Gay Lussac's Law.
