4gm of NaOH in 100 L sol.

 10–3 M sol. 9.8 gm of H2SO4 in 100 L sol. 

 10–3 M sol. 

Mixture : 40L of 10–3 M NaOH and 10 L of 10–3 M H2SO4 sol. Final Conc. of OH

PH = 10 + 2 log 2 = 10.6
