Best answer

∴ Slope = m1 = - a/b = - 7/-9 = 7/9

Given points are (h, 3) and (4, 1)

∴ Slope of the line joining these two points

= m2 = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1) = (1 - 3)/(4 - h) = - 2/(4 - h)

Since the given line and the line passing through the given points are perpendicular to each other, then
