Correct option is (a) 6

Given 2x, x + 10 and 3x + 2 are in A.P.

Then  we'll have,

2(x + 10) = 2x + 3x + 2

2x + 20 = 5x + 2

3x = 18

x = 6.

The correct option is (a) 6.

2x, (x + 10), (3x + 2) are in A.P.

x + 10 – 2x = 3x + 2 – x – 10

x = 6
