The Haveli Jewan Niwas’ has a big and beautiful look. It has a grand main gate and a comparatively smaller back door. From the main gate there is a wide road leading to the first courtyard. After crossing this courtyard one enters another big courtyard. On one side of the courtyard there is a big sitting room for the men. On both sides of this sitting room, there are rooms for different elders of the haveli. There is a separate room for the accountant. Just opposite this wing on the first storey, there are a living room, bedroom, bathroom and toilets for the ladies of the house. The kitchen and stores are housed on the first floor.
जीवन निवास हवेली देखने में बहुत बड़ी और सुन्दर है। इसका मुख्य द्वार बहुत बड़ा है और पिछली ओर का दरवाजा अपेक्षाकृत छोटा है। मुख्य द्वार से एक चौड़ी सड़क है जो सीधा प्रथम सहन को जाती है। सहन पार करने के बाद कोई भी व्यक्ति एक और बड़े सहन में प्रवेश करता है सहन के एक तरफ एक बड़ी बैठक है। हवेली के बड़े लोगों के लिये विभिन्न कमरे हैं। मुनीम जी के लिये एक अलग कमरा है। इसके ठीक सामने ऊपर की पहली मंजिल पर हवेली की महिलाओं के लिये रहने के कमरे, सोने के कमरे, स्नान गृह तथा शौचालय हैं। रसोइघर व स्टोर पहली मंजिल पर हैं।
