Explain the meaning of Phacolith and Lapolith.

The difference between Phacolith and Lapolith is as follows:

1. Phacolith: The magma solidified in the syncline of folded mountains at the time of volcanic eruption. The shape of this type of igneous rock is called Phacolith. 

2. Lapolith: Lapolith is a word made of the German word ‘Lopass’, whose meaning is a shallow basin. In this type of topography, magma solidified in the shape of a saucer. This type of shape is called Lapolith.
