t is necessary to curtail personal freedom because we want to create a social order. This social order makes the real meaning of our liberty. The liberty without control can be disorder everywhere. In this way that liberty will be meaningless. Liberty needs control of any law and order agency.
व्यक्तिगत स्वतन्त्रता को कम करना आवश्यक है क्योंकि हम सामाजिक रूप से अनुशासन बनाना चाहते हैं। हमारी स्वतन्त्रता का वास्तविक अर्थ सामाजिक अनुशासन में है। बिना किसी नियन्त्रण के स्वतन्त्रता हर जगह अव्यवस्था कर सकती है। इस प्रकार से वह स्वतन्त्रता व्यर्थ होगी। स्वतन्त्रता को किसी कानून व्यवस्था की संस्था की आवश्यकता होती है।
