Dear Sir,
We got fire insurance worth 3 lakhs from your company on 25th August 2016. Insurance policy number 0125067 was issued by you in this regard. We regret to inform you that on the day of 31st December 2016, there was a sudden fire in my warehouse of books. The fire brigade tried to prevent the fire from spreading. But even after all this, the entire stock of books kept in the warehouse was destroyed and burnt. The incident of the fire has resulted in a loss of about 4.50 lakhs.
You are thus requested to immediately send your agent to the site of the incident and inspect the burned material and arrange early compensation for the damage.
