1. Deforestation

3. Use of forest land for the residential, agricultural and commercial purpose, resulting in decline in the animal habitat.
4. Loss to the wildlife in the areas surrounding many dams.
5. Environment contamination.
6. Illegal hunting and poaching.
7. Drying up of many water resources due to droughts and thus posing a threat to the wildlife.
