Forests are the renewable natural resources which can be recycled but should not be used beyond a limit. Coal, petroleum and minerals are exhaustible resources and cannot be recycled.

Forest is renewable, exhaustible natural resource. Renewable resources are living, able to reproduce or replace themselves and to increase. ... Coal and petroleum are non- renewable and exhaustible natural resources.
