What is the decreasing order of strength of bases?

OH- , NH-2 , H – C = C- and CH3 – CH-2

(c) CH3 – CH-2 , > NH-2 > H – C = C- > OH- 

Acid strength decreases in the order 

HOH > CH = CH > NH3 > CH3CH3

Its conjucate bases arc in the reverse order 

CH3 – CH-2 > NH-2 > H – C = C > OH-
