Broadly saying, all of these issues are just a side effect of one major issue, i.e. “greenhouse effect” `. Due to the greenhouse effect earth’s temperature increases, causing “global warming” and due to the greenhouse effect, only the CFCs deplete the ozone layer. So yes, all of these are recently originated problems.
