A torch bulb draws a current 0.6 A, when glowing from a source of 6 V. Calculate the resistance of the bulb when glowing.

V = IR

IR Current I = 0.6A 

Potential V = 6V 

R = ?

R = \(\frac{V}{I}\) = \(\frac{6}{0.6}\) = 10Ω

The resistance of the bulb = 10Ω
