Best answer

Bond enthalpy is defined as the amount of energy required to break one mole of bonds of a particular type between two atoms in a gaseous a state. The bond dissociation energy refers to the energy needed to break a particular bond in the compound by homolysis. On the other hand, bond energy is the average value of the bonds dissociation energies for all the bonds that exist between the same two atoms in a chemical compound.
