\(\text{x}^{2}-\frac{12}{36}\text{x}\,+\frac{1}{36}\) = \(\text{x}^{2}\,-\frac{1}{7}\text{x}-\frac{1}{5}\text{x}+\frac{1}{35}\) 

\(\text{x}(\text{x}+\frac{1}{7})\,+\frac{1}{5}(\text{x}+\frac{1}{7})\)

\((\text{x}-\frac{1}{7})(\text{x}+\frac{1}{5})\)
