Option : (B)

Given :

(x + a)100 + (x - a)100

So odd powers of x cancel each other, we are left with even powers of x or say odd terms of expansion. 

So total number of terms are T1,T3,…T99,T101

\(\frac{1+101}{2}\)

= 51
