(a) Promoter. Promoter gene lies adjacent to the operator gene and marks the site where the RNA polymerase enzyme binds.
(b) tRNA. tRNA molecules read the code and link it to the amino acids during protein synthesis.
(c) Exons. In split-gene arrangement of eukaryotic mRNA, the sequence of bases that appear in processed RNA are called exons. They are interrupted by introns in unprocessed RNA.
