Concept:

Invalid votes percent + valid votes percent = 100 percent

Calculation:

Let total voters be x

Number of votes cast = 80% of x = 0.8x

Number of valid votes = 95% of 0.8x = 0.76x

Number of votes one candidate gets = 75% of 0.76x = 0.57x

0.57x = 11400

x = 11400/0.57

x = 20000

∴ Total number of voters is 20000
