Correct Answer - Option 3 : Both I and II follow.

Correct option 1.Only inference I follows.

Statement suggests Media trials conducted by debating panelists are baseless and no one but the court has the authority to pronounce a person guilty or innocent.

From the statement, it can be gathered that people involved in debates on media do not shy away from either maligning or lauding a person. Therefore, inference I follows.

The statement clearly declares that media trials are baseless which clearly indicates they do not have much value. So, inference II follows.

The statement only declares that media trials are baseless but does not hint at imposing a ban on them. So, inference III does not follow.

Hence, option 3 is correct.
