The statement clearly suggests that the favourable conditions will prevail for some days. The statement that says Western disturbance on Arabian Sea is causing favourable environment conditions might seem to be the correct answer but it is incorrect as it is the cause behind the change in environmental conditions and not the proof behind the change.
