Direction: Refer the following carefully and answer the question that follows.

There was an e-survey about increasing the use of smartphones. The result suggests that 70% of people are using a smartphone but 30% people among the people who report are still using a landline.

Which of the below-given statement can be said from the above statement?


1. People who report and are from the not good economical background are not using smartphones.
2. Use of smartphones is costlier than using a landline.
3. People who report also counts the use of landlines in office.
4. The smartphone connects people with the world.

Correct Answer - Option 3 : People who report also counts the use of landlines in office.

A and B shows that only rich people can use smartphones which is not the truth because the use of mobile is not that much costly. D is true but it is not related to our statement. C is true because almost every person using mobile phones nowadays and as it was an e survey, most of the reporters would be smartphone users. So that 30% will be from people who use the landline in their offices. So, C is the best option.
