Correct Answer - Option 1 : Both A and R are true and R is the correct explanation of A.

As per properties of Chlorine it is poisonous for human body (When chlorine enters the body as a result of breathing, swallowing, or skin contact, it reacts with water to produce acids. The acids are corrosive and damage cells in the body on contact.) but after chemical reaction with Sodium (Na), NaCl (Which is table salt and we uses every day to make food tasty) is not that much harm to human body because, after chemical reaction between Na and Cl, the properties of the product differ from the properties of separate matters. So, Both A and R are true and R is the correct explanation of A.
