Correct Answer - Option 3 : Causing premature death in people causing nonfatal heart attacks.

Option 3 is the correct answer as it is the only statement which does not talk about how the particles affect the environment. The statement talks about one of the effects of this on the humans, causing nonfatal heart attacks and thus death.

The other options talk about the environmental affects of this such has making lakes acidic, changing the nutrient balance in river basins, damaging the forests and such.
