Correct Answer - Option 1 : 45,000

Given:

Measurement of bricks = 24 cm × 12 cm × 8 cm

Measurement of wall = 24m × 8m × 60cm

Formula Used:

The volume of cuboid = Length × Breadth × Height

Number of bricks = Volume of wall/Volume of each brick

Calculation:

1 m = 100 cm

The volume of the wall in that bricks to be used = 2400 × 800 × 60 × 90/100

The volume of bricks = 24 × 12 × 8

Number of bricks = Volume of wall/Volume of each brick

⇒ Number of bricks = (2400 × 800 × 60 × \(\frac{90}{100}\))/(24 × 12 × 8)

⇒ Number of bricks = 45,000

∴ Total 45,000 bricks to be used.

The correct option is 1 i.e. 45,000
