Correct Answer - Option 4 : 13 : 506

The logic follows here is"

In option 1, option 2 and option 3 are divisible by first number of its second number.

Option 1: 432 ÷ 12 = 36

Option 2: 147 ÷ 7 = 21

Option 3: 192 ÷ 8 = 24

But in option 4 are not divisible by first number of its second number.

Option 4: 506 ÷ 13 = 38.92

So option 4 is different from other.

Hence, "option 4" is the correct answer.
