Correct Answer - Option 2 : 55

Given:

The average speed of a car is 5 km/hour more than that of a bike. The speed of a bike is 45 km/hour more than that of a bicycle. If the car and bicycle starts from wither end of a 2450 km road, they would meet after 35 hours.

Formula:

Distance = time × speed

Calculation:

Let the speeds of the bicycle, bike and the car be v, v + 45 and v + 50 respectively.

2450/(v + v + 50) = 35

⇒ 2v + 50 = 70

⇒ v = 10

The speed of the bike = v + 45 = 10 + 45 = 55 km/hour
