Correct Answer - Option 1 : 5

Given:

Cost Price of 6 toffees = Re.1

Formula:

Profit % = (Profit/CP) × 100

Calculation:

Cost Price of 6 toffees = Re.1

Selling Price of 6 toffees = 120% of Re.1 = Rs.6/5

For Rs.6/5, toffees sold = 6.

For Re.1, toffee sold = (6 × 5/6) = 5.

He should sell to 5 toffees for a rupee to gain 20%
